Sorry for the lack of blogging. Deadlines, Christmas and, well, holidays stood in the way. Nearly back to it but before I leave South Africa, I thought I'd bore you all with some pictures. Well, what else am I going to blog about?
Besides a lot of a sunbathing and a bit of safari, I haven't done too well at sightseeing. Robbin Island was booked until the 13th, Table Mountian keeps getting covered in cloud (making it to the top therefore a bit null and void) but worst of all our attempts to go shark-diving have twice been thwarted. Maybe this is a good thing, I don't know (apparently people think it can encourage more attacks as the sharks get more confident about coming further ashore) but either way, the weather was just too bad. Secretly relieved? Maybe...The fricking rhinos on safari nearly gave me a heart-attack. You know they're the biggest killers of humans right? Hippo's too. THey may look sleepy, fat and old, but them mo'fo's can MOVE and CRUSH. It's a lot.
Anyway, hello from beautiful Cape Town, perhaps one of the most amazing cities I've had the chance to visit.
