Jacki-O Fights With Foxxy

Well if the rumours are to be believed, the Nookie Queen knocked out Foxxy Brown recently at a Miami studio. While I certainly don't condone violence, in fact I hate that shit, if the two can please keep it strictly to wax in future, then all good. Whether Jacki did or didn't put one on Inga, she's certainly smacked her down on the diss track KO. Oh jeez, how will Fox respond to lines like ' You ain't gotta like me but you gon' respect me...I didn't wanna deck ya but how ya man letcha/ Come to the 305 and run up on the chin-checker' and 'How you gotta another deal when your lyrics ain't real/ Whoever ghostwritin' need to help you write ya will." Calling out her Kurupt business, claiming she's jealous of Kim, alleging a Prozack addiction before, predictably, slinging the old 'dyke' potshots, there's no stopping the O as she hits hard over Unusual Suspect's big-booty shaker of a beat. "Just prepare for your departure bitch cos I ain't squashing shit." Ok, Jacki, we heard you, loud and clear.

Keeping it in the South the new David Banner song Push is just banana's. Complete filth full of... in fact it's so rude I can't even say it out loud, but damn the Mississippi Pimp is one dirty dog - and the beat is ridiculous! Banner has had little to no publicity in the UK, so lets hope the big man gets some UK love with his forthcoming album. I tried to get him in a Dirty South piece I did for iD earlier this year, to no avail, so lets hope I get lucky later in the '05.

Other tracks that I'm loving include...the Mary J/ Game 'MVP' remix, the Jay Z sampling 'Hustler' from Cassidy and MJB, 'Girlfight' remix with Brat, Ms B and Remy Ma and Amerie's (maybe) second single Touch (in fact pretty much the whole album is uncut high-grade dope)
