Oh my diddy, it might be near 1am and an early start beckons but had to get up a quick post about Missy's London show. Now, Miss E isn't really too famed for her live performance, she's more a 'studio' artist - but tonight she smacked it! Zooming around in a motorised wheelchair thanks to a torn ligament, Missy and her 10 odd dancers, DJ Rockwilder (yup, that Rockwilder) and a back catalogue of big ass hits, hit hard. The first half, featuring 'All In My Grill', 'The Rain' and 'Get Ya Freak On' was seriouly spectacular! Despite a few dips where she threw trainers into the crowd and yattered on about loving London, this is def in the Top 3 live shows of the year. Never, ever sleep on Missy. She truly is biginthgamedotcome and one of hip hop's most innovative artists. Having interviewed her twice, I shouldn't really complain but I wish she would do more fricking press. Oh, and stop sleeping on 'The Cookbook' - do you know how sick that record is? No, cos you haven't bought it, have you? Go get and do the 1,2 Step while you're at it.
