Live-wise MISSY, THE GAME with SNOOP and the FUGEES did it b.i.g as did JILL SCOTT, as ever. SWAY, PLAN B and of course ID LIVE all at Cargo were most enjoyable and I really, really loved the Hot 97 reggae-fest at NYC's Hammerstein that was VYBZ CARTEL, SEAN PAUL, ELEPHANT MAN, DAMIEN MARLEY, SIZZLA, ASSASSIN, MACKA DIAMOND and I WAYNE. DIDDY and CHRIS TUCKER enjoyed it too, by all accounts. WILEY, SKEPTA, JME AND MAXIMUM showed Paris how to get grimy while MIA rocked the M.I.A. Was gutted to miss STEVIE WONDER, KANYE WEST and LADY SOV’S show proper, but did manage to see everyone from SEAN PAUL (again!) to REMY MA, YOUNG JEEZY, JUELZ SANTANA, COMMON and KANYE do the live thing at the Mixshow Power Summit. Now that was HOT and I ain’t talking temperature!
