If you happen to be reading this Dasafo, here's that proof of purchase of that mighty fine CD you released last week. No download bizznizz here.
Great racking in HMV by the way - right up the front of the shop, with a few other new releases. S'a good luck. Did try and get it on Saturday prior to charts, but had to head into Bham town to get it Sun cos the Woolies and Smiths by my mom had like 4 James Blunt's, a KT Tunstall and a Black Eyed Peas and that was about it.
I've bored everyone with this before, but people please - even if it's just one single a month, can we all spare some dough on helping this scene to grow? To coin a cliche - put your money where your mouth is if you really are so serious about supporting UK music. Plus, This Is My Demo is actually rather great - even the Independent said so! And the Guardian! The Sun give the fucker 5/5 for Gods sake (strange, but true). It also has the love of RWD, Touch, B&S etc, etc. When a man hits that many markets, job's gotta be a good un. Braps also to Sway's PR, Ben Harris of Hall Or Nothing fame who just got a well-deserved nomination for Music Week's PR campaign of the year! Boy Betta Know you deserve it!

Yep, it's an absolutely ace album. No surprise about how useless Smiths was though!
I normally take broadsheet music reviews with a pinch of salt, but I always find it's a sure sign of an amazing rap artist when the Independent et al start giving coverage...so rarely happens with anything that isn't Franz Ferdinand. That's how I first discovered Kanye West.
I've reviewed the album over here aswell if you're interested! ;-)
