It's been five years already?

Kinda hard to believe but it's been half a decade since Left Eye was killed in that car accident. Man, I loved TLC - lo-ved them. I couldn't believe it when I heard Ain't Too Proud To Beg - to me, at the time it was the dopest thing I'd ever heard. And then they were running around in the vid with dungarees and condoms hanging off them and that made me love them even more. One day I wil frame that 12" and give it proper pictorial justice.
It's easy to say now, but it was always Left Eye I was most drawn drawn too out of the three- those helium raps were the parts of the track I always felt the most.
The fact she wasn't perfect was another part of the charm - burning down Andre Rison's house, getting pissed at Chilli and T-Boz when she wasn't feeling the direction of TLC, the bankrupcy - and then there was that amazing Vibe cover when they dressed in firemans outfits to address her penchant for pyromania. You know that my girl must have been behind that.
Left Eye was one of the most unusual acts hip hop had and I definitely wish she was still here today making music. Life's a bitch and then you die..., eh?!
(Oh and as for that program where T-Boz and Chilli were auditioning for a third member? Not cool. Not cool at all).

Breast Cancer marathon
Common Breast Cancer Myths

The first myth pertaining to this disease is that it only affects women.

Second myth that is associated with this disease is that if one has found a lump during an examination, it is cancer.

Third is that it is solely hereditary

The next myth associated with breast cancer is downright ridiculous. Would you believe, that in this day and age, some individuals still think that breast cancer is contagious?

Conversely, some individuals foolishly believe that breast size determines whether or not one gets cancer.

Finally, another myth that is associated with this disease is that it only affects older people. This is not so. Although the chance of getting breast cancer increases with age, women as young as 18 have been diagnosed with the disease.
