Some Kinda Soul

She was up and down that scale like a skripper pon pole. Trust me. She was funny, witty and stuff too - always a plus. Check the butterfly wingage too - all very nice for a monday afternoon.
Later that day, checked out the Bay Area's Goapele at the Jazz Cafe - she got some kind of vocal there too! There was one track she did that was a little rocky that, were she Pink or Aguilera or whoever, would easily hit the Top 10. This girl, now on her second record, has the potential to be big, though it's maybe unlikely as major labels don't really check for 'neo-soul' like that. If it ain't booty-bouncing, they don't really seem to want to know. She's sick though - check her out at goapele.com
Maybe she could do a Hyphy remix with Keek or E40 or something...I dunno.
