So after waiting about 8 hours for Lil Mama - Fat Joe passed through too during the photo shoot - grabbed a bite to eat (Les Enfants Terrible in Chinatown - food is off the hook, chain, rope etc etc) and then headed to Hiro in Midtown to go see Plan B. Great show, though as he said after, it was weird at the end of Charmaine when rather than everyone shouting 'Blud, that girl's 14', there was silence cos obviously no one knows it.
Hung out with Bizzle for a bit, then myself and premier Japanese Jamaican scribe Minako and Jump Off's Harry headed to the Lil Mama party. But she cancelled. To be fair, she was in the studio with Missy Elliot (hattiecollins.blogspot.com EXCLUSE!) so I guess she had a good excuse. The Lil one (who is a great interview and amazingly confident and together for a 17 year-old) and Miss E are working on a track for Missy's forthcoming album, due out, I guess, later this year, early next year.
Gotta go, gotta check out this hotel before I get charged an extra day or summin....
Off to get a pedicure.....
