I've been interviewing this lovely young lady:

myspace.com/adele
Poncing about fashion parties, including:
Y3.
- They were stuntin' so hard that when you got there, there had actual rain - well, water - pouring off this bridge. No sure if it was representative of something, but it was pretty impressive. Estelle, Vincent Gallo, Mira Sorvino, LL Cool J and Samuel L Jackson were all there, alongside a bunch of fashion types. Am I glad I don't work in that industry. Soy lattes and salad every day just ain't me.
- Don't think I'll get to be a catwalk photographer. My focus game is off.
- Samuel Jackson (if you squint)
- Estelle (if you squint)
- The crowd. They're serious types, the fashion lot.I also went to another show but it was far too cool to take pictures there. Michael Stipe was in the front row. He didn't have a blue face though.
Went for dinner with my boy Richard 'Ricky' Shoyemi. Happpppy birthday beautiful! Oh and a weird twist of fate, this girl Shonte that I once met in Footlocker in LA last year, was the hostess at the restaurant. What are the chances eh? We got talking in FL cos I had a Run DMC T on and she's from the Bay and wondered if I'd heard about Hyphy. Let me coin that cliche and say 'smallllllll worldddddd........'Hung with a couple peeps - dinner with Kate, Tous and Natasha and Matt. Hit the club with Estelle. Got a cold. Phoned my brother for his birthday and my WHOLE fam was there. Awwwwww....
Went to see Game Rebellion (left) and Whole Wheat Toast, these two black punk groups, with Nik and Aiko. Low the moshing though.
- That's right Mr Whole Wheat Toast - it ain't (except, er, it kinda is).
- Like i said, it ain't about no moshing businessBeen eating out too much. Not even pilates can help when I'm doing lunch and dinner out EVERY DAY! Getting fat, cuzzes, fat I tell ye! Mind you, went to a macrobiotic place with Gary and Mikey (Failsworth Artists yes, yes, y'all!!) and Jackie and bloody hell does that stuff play havoc with your windypops. Lawwwwwd! Tasted good though, Gary spotted Vincent Gallow aka Prince Vince - dude used to b-boy back in the day. Now he makes crazy art-house movies, which is nice.
