I presume this is a reference to Iceberg Slim, the infamous pimp that referred to his main girl as his 'bottom bitch'. That's the like, ride or die chick, the one who's down for whuteva!
You should check Slim's incredible work. I can't recommend reading him enough, this guy was the master of beautiful language. Even in the midst of total darkery, he managed to make the words sound oh-so-poetic. Great storyteller too... This guy influenced everyone from Ice T to Too $hort...
