It was a great night for Britain at the Grammy's last night as Mark Ronson, the Chemical Brothers and Amy Winehouse all won awards.
The night belonged to Amy though, who swept up with a huge 5 gongs! Wino won Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year Artist of the Year, Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal. A healthy looking Amy looking overwhelmed as the awards came rolling in, gasping big thank you's every time. "Thank you very much, it's an honour to be here," she said at the end of her fantastic live set.
Kanye West and Alicia Keys were other big winners. West won three awards including Rap album of the year for [i]Graduation[/i], while Key's picked up Best R&B Performance.
All three artists also performed at the prestigious awards. Winehouse by satellite, while Kanye performed a dedication to his recently deceased mother.
