Directed by a guy called Naz (spelling?), who also just did Wiley's Summertime vid, I think this kid is About to Blow. He's directed vidz for M.I.A in the past (I think? Either that or he's a mate of hers or summin'. Wow my research game is loose today).

As a huge Wire and (to a much lesser extent) American Gangster fan, I'm loving this video...
