So Rap Radar is back up and running already, nice work.

YN got the excluse pic and info on the Marshall shoot; Shady really is looking super-slim and trim and ting. According to YN, the track is produced by Dre and it's called We Made You... No doubt it'll be leaking all over an Internet near you soon!

How crazy is it that a picture taken from a video shoot is so sought after nowadays. I guess that's partly to do with Em's mystique and time away from the game, but also, in the age of tech gone crazy, we fiend for every little thing we can. In some ways it's cool that we still care, but in other ways, with such an influx of info, a sense of anticipation has long gone.

I remember counting the days down until a new Prince album was released. I'd be up ole WHSmiths/ Our Price to buy it as soon as it was out. Damn it I once queued for hours outside of HMV in the Pallasades to get an NPG signed copy of the 'squiggle' album*. Not so much for Mayte's autograph, but just so I could run home and hear it first. Now you get rappers releasing 18 freestyles every other day, mixtapes all over the place and an album every 10 minutes.

I'm not sure I'm saying this is bad - my thirst for new shit and continual input is at an all-time high - but I do miss that era of exclusivity. When you couldn't wait for the new Mary J, and the only way to see the cover art was to buy the album, or watch the video on TOTP, not on no Youtube...

Ok, I'll shut up now...
