And then I saw this man.
Po-Po weren't having it. Thing is, it took them time to get there. We went past him about 2pm, and it was about 4pm when we cam past again. Then again, having called the police a few weeks ago to get them to stop the half-naked random man outside our door trying to break in, to be told 'call us back if he gets in, we don't have enough people on', I'm amazed they got there at all....
Not sure hat he was doing with the feets, some kind of exercise maybe?
