When I first wrote the title, I spelt it 'outkast'. Andre and Big Boi (and Fabolous) have a lot to answer for.

Not normally much of a Devz fan but this tune is deep and thoughtful. This is why I like Rap because it carrys a social commentary. Not often enough, but it is there.
