So I'm not wanting to start any kinda crazy conspiracy theories here...BUT...I go to a shop in Liverpool St yesterday to try cop that E3 isht only to be told the distributor messed up and they wouldn't be getting any copies in until next week. So I go to the next shop and - good news - they had 15 copies but they sold out of them all ("I'm very surprised" said the sales assistant. "We've got another 30 on order, they'll be in tomorrow). SO I return to the same place today and what do I hear? "There was a problem with the distributor -we won't get them in until next week." Not sure who is at fault here, certainly not the Deep, but lets hope this doesn't overtly affect sales. Granted, they're not about to outdo Cold-yawn-play but how can they expect to sell any albums when you can't bleedin' buy 'em anywhere. In the words of Roll Deep's former bandmate Dylan, someone needs to Fix Up, Look Sharp. It's a disgrace I tell ya, a disgrace (good job I got the press copy to keep me going, but still - one wants to support the cause).
