Perspective, Hattie. Look where their feet are positioned on the carpet. (Although the Queen is obviously shorter anyway.)
Father Ted attempts to explain to Father Dougal that the small plastic cows he is holding look larger than the real cows Dougal can see in the field because the real cows are 'far away'. Father Ted is unsuccessful as Father Dougal is unable to understand the concept of perspective.
